There is a new man in Zodwa Wabantu's life, but this time he is only eight years her junior.
The entertainer took to her timeline on Tuesday to share a picture with her partner to make things official but concealed his identity.
They've been dating for seven months, but she said her 31-year-old boyfriend has been lurking in the shadows since she began her career.
"I've known the guy. He would play for me, we would travel together from when I started, but I've never seen him as my boyfriend,"Zodwa"
Although Zodwa, 39, has not revealed the identity of her partner yet, she said down the line she might look into sharing him with the world. She went public with her past relationships.

In 2020 Zodwa dated Vusi Ngubane, who was aged 23 at the time, and in 2019 she nearly found herself walking down the aisle with her then-24-year-old boyfriend known as Ntobeko Linda.
"The last one I had, there was no drama or big deal. It's just that I saw DMs (direct messages). When you see DMs you can tell this person has intentions of stepping out of the relationship, so before he does I get rid of him because it means he thinks he is smart and can run the streets. So you let him go so he can run the streets, not with your money, not with your cars, or clothes you buy him. If someone wants to cheat he must go do it."

Zodwa said she prefers to date younger men.
"They are easy to be with. It's nice because you can control them."
Getting married is one thing Zodwa would love to check off her liPagest, along with getting her big house and flashy cars.

"I'm old now. I would love to have a ring on my finger.
As long as I'm sexually satisfied I don't think there's anyone I would chase. As long as a man respects me. If he doesn't respect me he must go and leave everything I gave him."
Mthembeni Ndevu, famously known as Emtee starts the new year by stating out his standards. The rap star is known to be confident about his skills despite words from the naysayers. Taking to Twitter at the start of the year, the South African superstar says he is no longer a local artist, neither was he an underground artist.
In 2024 I’m no longer a local artist. I was never an underground artist either,” he wrote. While a few kicked against his claim, others dropped words of advice for the rapperEmtee is set to release his DIY3 album, which he used the whole of 2023 to cook.
“Thank you for your patience. DIY3 is done. It’s being mixed and mastered. Just that when you your own boss, there’s no deadline. Music is galore and I’ve never stopped recording might fuck round and drop 2 or more projects in 2024.
A few days before 2023 last year ended, the rapper shared a cover of the album; it was a photo of himself with his two boys and little daughter.

This week marks almost a year since celebrated South African rapper AKA – real name Kiernan Forbes – was gunned down by unknown attackers in Durban.
But with time, police have yet to close in on the men who pulled the trigger or ordered the attack on the award-winning star.
ALMOST A YEAR SINCE AKA WAS GUNNED DOWN
It’s been exactly 11 months since AKA and Tibz’s brutal murder outside restaurant Wish On Florida.
On that fateful evening, the rapper was dining with a group of friends ahead of his scheduled performance at Durban club YuGo.
However, the star barely made it out of the eatery when he was struck in a hail of bullets. The incident was recorded via CCTV footage.
According to one of AKA’s bodyguards, Anwar “Dogg” Khan, the star had “breached protocol” on the night he was murdered.

Speaking to Annika Larsen on her eTV show My Guest Tonight in March, Khan said: “In my absence, protocol was breached. Kiernan was called and invited to go to Florida Road (Wish), which he accepted, and he went.
“Had I been there, that protocol would not have been breached simply because that call would’ve come through the road manager.”

When asked the burning question of who he believes shot and killed AKA, the bodyguard responded: “I don’t know. Why would someone want Kiernan dead?
“He’s an icon, an idol, a mentor. He’s a supporter, a beautiful dad, and an inspiration to many people. He had employees who depended on him.”
RAPPER KNEW HIS KILLER
In December, Minister of Police Bheki Cele claimed that AKA’s killer was a “close associate.”
Speaking to Metro FM’s Faith Mangope, Cele claimed that police were still gathering information, which they had received from two eyewitnesses, who were now in police protection.
Asked if the rapper was killed by “inkabi” [hitmen], the minister said: “I guess once you are hired, you are inkabi, but some of those people were close associates [of the deceased].”
Faith interjected: “So close associates of AKA were part of orchestrating the murder of AKA according to the intelligence you’ve got so far?
Cele continued: “Let me end there. But that you have said, I think it is enough for the public to understand that we are close [to solving the case]”.
