"I once recorded 53 songs in one night." Lil Wayne

"I've got over 1000 songs in my vault. When I leave a session and I ask what I did, the producer comes with files of what I've done. The last night I was in the studio, I recorded 53 songs." Lil Wayne

So Lil Wayne recorded 53 songs in one night😤

Calculations⌨️

Number of hours in one night = 12

Average length of a rap song = 4

Number of songs recorded in 1 night = 53

Length of time Lil Wayne takes to come up with two lines = 7 weeks

Do the final calculations at your own rîsk😅

How is this possible?🤔

This left many people with question after Lil Wayne came out with this number of song that has recorded in one night, exactly how is this possible?

Burna Boy became the first Nigerian star of this generation to win a Grammy award for original work.

The Grammy Awards stylishly say they do not recognize Wizkid and Tems as official winners of their awards as they snub them in their recent list of African Musicians who have won the Grammy Award. 👀

The Grammy Awards have released an article praising African artists who have won their award over the years,

and surprisingly, Nigerian singer Wizkid and Tems are nowhere to be found as the recording academy recognizes only Burna Boy along with other African stars like Angélique Kidjo, Black Coffee, Makeba, and Sade.

Wizkid and Tems clicked with Beyonce and Future to win their Grammy Awards while Burna Boy became the first Nigerian star of this generation to win a Grammy award for original work.

Dj Maphorisa said prince Kaybee his no longer a musician... prince Kaybee is a porn star now

The ongoing feud between DJ Maphorisa and Prince Kaybee appears to be escalating. This comes after Prince Kaybee responded to Maphorisa's video concerning master rights.

During a live session on Instagram, DJ Maphorisa confidently expressed his belief that he had rightful ownership of the masters of songs that were recorded in his studio. He firmly argued that the utilization of his tools and space entitles him to possess complete ownership of the recorded music in his studio.

Prince had a different opinion and did not agree with him.

“Growing up I’ve changed my beliefs. I now believe working together on creative projects is about IP sharing. So, someone must write a song, produce a beat and craft it and you own everything 'cause you bought Nando’s and lights?” DJ Prince tweeted.

During yet another Instagram live, DJ Maphorisa alleged that Prince Kaybee's popularity solely derives from his exhibition of intimate body parts.

Babes Wodumo is in serious trouble, facing legal threats

Musician Babes Wodumo, real name Bongekile Simelane, is accused of being a scammer. Sunday World reports that a lifestyle establishment in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN),

Called Endaweni Shisanyama, is threatening legal action against the Wololo hitmaker for allegedly running off with R11 000. According to the Endaweni owner, Babes failed to honour her booking for Saturday, 27 January.

After she confirmed her availability, we promised to pay her on the 25th, but we ended up paying her on the 24th as she kept on doing follow-ups,” said Endaweni Shisanyama.

To our surprise, after payment the following day, she came back with a voice note saying that her sister Nondu, who does her bookings,

has mixed up the dates with Johannesburg, and she has three gigs on that side. We suspected this, as she didn’t make a promo video.”

The owner said that they’ve tried communicating with the gqom singer, however, she is not taking their calls.

Asked about the booking, Babes confirmed that it did happen, but blamed her manager for double booking her.

She, however, did not respond to questions about refunding Endaweni.

“I did convey my apology to them, explaining that on the very same day I was supposed to be performing at their event, I had gigs and had to shoot for my TV reality show,” said Babes Wodumo.

The Shut Up and Groove singer’s reputation has been marred with “no-show” scandals. Last year, three event organisers accused her of not attending gigs despiting being booked.
