SHEBESHXT PROBLEMS MOUNT AS MORE PROMOTERS COME FORWARD

It all started when Shebeshxt Maburnzel Cashxtrinton missed 3 events in Venda on Easter weekend where he was paid performance fees in full of between R35k and R45k.

The following week, Sunday World ran a front page screamer reporting that Shebe had pulled another no show on the same date, this time in Tzaneen where he was booked to perform at Ejays Lounge.

Ejays Owner Jeffrey Malatjie told the media that he even arranged a driver to escort Shebe from his other gig in Dendron but along the road, Shebe Schumachered Malatjie's driver with his vrrrrrr- pha and that was the last they saw or heard from him. 

This suggests that Shebe and his wife and manager Kholo had possibly taken more gigs than they could attend on the date in question: Saturday 30 March 2024. All in all, it would seem they apparently accepted between 4 and 6 gigs for one night which were also far away from each other. 

After the media reports, more promoters have started coming out, some of whom allegedly booked Shebe as far back as last year April (see screenshot attached) and never received refunds despite Kholo promising to refund them.

This publication has been receiving inboxes from outlets and events promoters complaining about Shebe's no-show and refusing to refund them.

If Shebe has done the same to you and failed to honour your gig after paying him in full, and has refused to refund you, please inbox us. When you inbox, kindly supply evidence in full including POPs and invoice from Kholo. 

We will help you get your refunds. 

Please note that again, Kholo missed another opportunity to address this latest matter by giving Shebe's side of the story when this publication contacted her.

The promoters that have so far come forward asking for refund are around 10 and more are expected to show up.

Protesters Burn Ambulance in Castel, Bushbuckridge; Traffic Disrupted

protesters in Castel village between Acornhoek and Bushbuckridg set fire to an ambulance traveling on the R40 road. The vehicle was completely engulfed in flames, leaving it completely destroyed. The protesters had blockaded the road with burning tyres and rocks, causing a significant disruption to traffic in the area.

but tensions have been running high in the region recently due to various issues. Authorities are on the scene to assess the situation and ensure the safety of motorists passing through the area. Motorists are advised to exercise caution and consider alternative routes if possible to avoid the affected stretch of the R40 road.

Dj Maphorisa vs Prince Kaybee Since 2020 the saga continues

South Africa - The entertainment industry is a very volatile industry, more so when you have multitalented individuals who have pioneered genres and sounds.

Ego, Fragility, and Feirce Competition become character, and at best a tweet or post can spark a rift, which can last long or longer, as is the case with Pioneers, Djs, Producers and Composers Maphorisa and Prince Kaybee who have been at each other's throats for the longest of times.

The two have been at it with Streams, Cars, Beats, who pioneered what, and whenever the opportunity arises the two leaders of South Africa's dance scene throw shade at each other, on February Dj Maphorisa came under fire over a tweet that said "When you record music on my computer, my studio, with my electricity. That sh*t is mine. It belongs to me, he said.

Previously Maphorisa was accused of underworking in studio and taking all credit over the original producers work, the Rapper, Songwriter and Producer said by using his resources that permitts him to be listed as a producer on any song produced in his studio, Businessman and Radio Presenter Dj Sbu supported this statement.

A tweet followed, by Prince Kaybee who responded and said that making music was a collaborative effort and providing artists with food or lights should not equate to him owning the work.

Ngwana Mani went ahead and took a jab at Prince Kaybee citing Jealousy, Evilness and Irrelevance in the industry with the inability to acclimitize with the forever changing times of music, he then called Prince Kaybee a Pornstar.

In retaliation, Prince called Phori an Abuser referencing the Thuli Phongolo abuse case against boyfriend Maphorisa.

Yesterday the beef resurfaced again after a tweet by Chris Excel 102 who has tweeted countless times about Phori cheating his artists. Podcasters Sol-Phenduka and MacG have shared the same sentiments too.

Prince Kaybee shared the tweet and said! "Bari eo e reka motlakase fela…, I wonder ba etsa jwang ka loadshedding?

Meanwhile twitter investigators suggests there is beef between Maphorisa and his ally Kabza De Small, the rumours began when people started noticing the absence of both Djs at each other's gigs.

Chris Excel 102 tweeted yesterday "It’s been a month now and we haven’t seen Maphorisa hanging out with Kabza, and y’all are still don’t believe that there’s no beef?

I became speechless and weak. One day, he went out and bought me toys to use on myself whenever I needed someone inside me, or I could go outside and get to from one particular guy. He promised to pay me a huge monthly allowance which he has begun in exchange for my silence or if I defy him he will ruin me and my family. 

The thing is because Dee is very wealthy he took care of not only me during courtship by my entire family, established a business for my parents, put my siblings in very good and expensive schools, and upgraded our entire lives including our family home. 

The thought of paying him back financially is not even possible as we can’t afford it as a family. It’s been a year and I am suffering as I feel too guilty to cheat as well and can’t leave because my family is so stuck in a sexless marriage. 

It’s so bad people have begun to notice I’m unhappy and keep asking me but I am trying to protect the image of my husband. I am craving intimacy but afraid of going outside of my marriage even though my husband has given me permission, as well I’m unable to leave at least not yet, what can I do? How can I survive?
