MATLALA ROAD HEAD ON COLLISION CLAIMES LIFE OF A TODDLER (2)

A head-on collision which has occurred on Matlala road has claimed child's life on the 26 February 2024.

 

Law enforcement and emergency personnel took almost six hours to clear the scene after two vehicles collided head-on.

A 10-YEAR-OLD LIMPOPO KID DROWNS AND DIES AT A LOCAL SWIMMING POOL WHERE THEY WERE CELEBRATING HIS UNCLE'S BIRTHDAY WITH OTHER 6 CHILDREN

A 10-year old Limpopo boy was found dead in a local swimming pool of a famous lodge in Limpopo (Kgapane area) on Saturday 09 March 2024.

This is according to perfect Radio. 

According to the family, the deceased Fentse Jones Mokumo (10) was with other six children to celebrate their uncle's birthday at a local lodge. At about 14h00 it was noticed that one of the children was missing.  

The mokumo family says that they looked for him at all corners of the lodge without any success and the search for the boy continued until it was late.

The family says that at about 18h30 the security guard found the lifeless body of their child at in a pool.

“I was briefed that the person ro be eliminated or to be killed was Senzo Meyiwa and the matter was initiated by Kelly Khumalo who was going to make a payment for the whole job. I went in with Carlos and others took their positions as discussed throughout the planning. When we entered the house, Carlos shouted phansi imali [lie down … 

money] and cellphones. I started collecting money and cellphones. As I was doing, so Senzo jumped to Carlos and the struggle ensued where one shot went off and the second shot hit Senzo as the firearm was pointed at his chest."

LIMPOPO SON KILLS STEPFATHER FOR ASSAULTING HIS MOTHER

POLOKWANE: A Limpopo man has killed his stepfather for assaulting his mother today, 11 March 2024.

According Limpopo Police Spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba, the suspect's mother was assaulted on Saturday afternoon, 09 March 2024 at about 15:00.

Limpopo Police Spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba says that preliminary investigations have revealed that the suspect was visiting the couple at the man's home on a farm, when he found his mother with injuries after she was assaulted by her partner. 

Colonel Malesela Ledwaba says that the suspect raged over the incident and that resulted in a physical altercation.

Malesela Ledwaba says that the Police have arrested the suspect at his home and he is expected to appear before Lephalale Magistrate's Court on Tuesday, 12 March 2024 facing a charge of murder.
