A head-on collision which has occurred on Matlala road has claimed child's life on the 26 February 2024.
Law enforcement and emergency personnel took almost six hours to clear the scene after two vehicles collided head-on.

Many fans have since copied his dance moves; among them was Makhadzi, who danced on TikTok.Many fans loved it, and even if she did not caption anything, fans saw that it was a Skomota dance.
A 10-year old Limpopo boy was found dead in a local swimming pool of a famous lodge in Limpopo (Kgapane area) on Saturday 09 March 2024.

According to the family, the deceased Fentse Jones Mokumo (10) was with other six children to celebrate their uncle's birthday at a local lodge. At about 14h00 it was noticed that one of the children was missing.
The mokumo family says that they looked for him at all corners of the lodge without any success and the search for the boy continued until it was late.
The family says that at about 18h30 the security guard found the lifeless body of their child at in a pool.
